Funny article!

Tom and I both have this...it has definitely slowed the pace and tone of our conversations AND fights...as we stand and stare at each other trying to remember the point of the story/joke/bitching.

My gyno told me that anecdotal info seems to indicate that peri - post menopausal women have this fuzzy thinking issue that lasts about 7 years and then lifts. Thank God! Now, if I can just remember when the hell this thing started...

Yes, LND. Definately the most annoying part of this stage of life. It's actually improving somewhat for me, but not completely.

I find lack of sleep exacerbates the problem. But, other days, no matter how well rested, well fed or well looked after.........I can't speak. :)

THIS is the most annoying part of this stage of life. I can handle almost everything else with grace and ease, but the loss of huge swaths of my nouns has definitely been the most disturbing. At least you've made me feel not so alone.

I recently was on a trip with 3 other women. One of us is in her middle 30s. She still has all her nouns. She can make jokes off the cuff---that make sense. Oh, how I envy her.

:) Peg. funny girl that you are. I figure with all of your education and knowledge of medical type stuff that you would be way ahead of me on LND. But, now that you are aware of it.....put it into practice. Just see if everything you can't remember isn't a noun. :)
