I had a dizzy spell about a month ago and recently a weird blurriness in my left eye. I took a sinus pill after the dizzy spell to see if it responded. It did, but I have rarely had dizziness though when I had sinus congestion. Also I would have thought that the blurriness should be in both eyes with sinus problems. I took a sinus pill for it and it helped, but I still need to see the optomerist because vision in left eye still seems a bit blurry. I read on another site that list 34 signs of perimenopause that allergies are worse during perimenopause. I don't think all doctors see or understand the subtle or indirect affects of hormonal imbalance.

I too have vertigo. You are not alone. I was put on antibotics thinking it was a sinus related issue. But when I missed my period this month and the doctor checked my FSH levels they found that I am in perimenopause. I woke this morning very dizzy and feeling full in my face and behind my eyes. I was told it was from horomonal changes. I too found this site just today and plan on reading it from top to bottom. I hope you have more better days then bad ones. I wonder how many other women suffer from vertigo and if there is something we can do for it. I dont want to live being dizzy.

Thank you Magnolia Miller
I have had vertigo on and off since September 2009 some days so bad I had to retire from my cleaning business after 12 years, I just never knew if today would be a good day or a bad day(can not run a business like that). It lasted about 4 months then went away, its back after a clear 3 months. I have had an MRI done and lots of other tests everythning came back ok (this is good). Never in all the books I have read about menopause did they mention vertigo. Thankyou, thankyou , I feel that if so many other women have this symptom too, I'm willing to wait it out. :)
I have just stumbled across your info (not very computer literate) I will be making a cup of tea and reading everything :)
